Legal basis

Advertising material must meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”: the principles of advertising in Article 7, the general requirements in Article 8, identification of advertising in Article 9 and unfair advertising in Article 10. Contractual relations with partners are governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine (freedom of contract, Articles 626 and 627; consequences of breach, Article 611; liability for late performance of a monetary obligation, Article 625).
