1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the procedure for collecting, processing, using, protecting and storing the personal data of users of the website https://dsagroup.kyiv.ua/ (the “Website”).

1.3. The Company guarantees compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

1.4. This Policy is also published in Ukrainian. In case of any discrepancy between the Ukrainian and English versions, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.

2. Personal data collected

2.1. When you use the Website, we may collect the following categories of data:

-First name, surname and patronymic;

-Contact details (phone number, e-mail, messengers);

-Data provided when filling in feedback forms;

-Information collected automatically when you visit the Website (IP address, browser data, cookies, visit logs).

3. Purposes of collecting personal data

3.1. Personal data are processed for the purposes of:

-Providing legal services and consultations;

-Contacting clients to respond to their enquiries;

-Sending information and marketing materials (with the user’s consent);

-Performing contractual and legal obligations;

-Improving the operation of the Website and the quality of services;

-Protecting the Website and feedback forms from automated (spam) submissions.

4. Procedure for processing and protecting data

4.1. Personal data are processed in the forms provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, using automated and non-automated means.

4.2. The Company applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or dissemination.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1. The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where such transfer is necessary to provide services with the consent of the data subject.

5.2. To protect feedback forms from automated (spam) submissions, the pages of the Website that contain such forms use the Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The service processes technical data of the user’s device: IP address, browser data (the User-Agent header), technical connection parameters (TLS fingerprint), and information about the website on which the form is placed. These data are used to distinguish a request made by a person from one made by an automated program; Cloudflare may also use them to improve its own tools for detecting automated programs. The data may be processed outside Ukraine, in particular in the United States of America and the European Economic Area. 5.3. Data submitted through feedback forms are stored on the server of the Website’s hosting provider, HOSTINGER, UAB (Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania), and are delivered to the Company by e-mail via the mail service of Proton AG (Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland). These entities process such data in order to provide the Company with the relevant technical services.

5.4. The Website uses the Google Analytics service, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), Google Ireland Limited or another affiliate of Google LLC, to analyse traffic. The service receives technical data about visits to the Website (in particular, pages viewed, device and browser data, referral source) and Google Analytics cookie identifiers. For users who are signed in to a Google account and have turned on ads personalisation in it, Google may supplement these data with demographic and interest information (Google signals); the Company uses this information only in aggregated reports on traffic to the Website. These data may be processed outside Ukraine, in particular in the United States of America. 5.5. To measure the effectiveness of the Company’s advertising on Google, the Website uses the Google Ads and Google Analytics services, provided by Google. They receive information about arrivals at the Website from advertisements (in particular, the click identifier), technical data about visits and actions on the Website (submitting a request, tapping a phone number, e-mail address or WhatsApp link) and cookie identifiers. With the user’s consent, these data are also used to show the user the Company’s advertising on other websites and in Google services (remarketing). 5.6. With the user’s consent, the Website uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, to measure the effectiveness of the Company’s advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show such advertising to visitors of the Website. The pixel transmits to Meta technical data about visits to the Website, actions on it (in particular, submitting a request) and cookie identifiers. 6. Rights of the user (personal data subject)

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

-Know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data;

-Receive information about the conditions of access to your personal data;

-Receive information about third parties to whom your data are transferred;

-Access your personal data;

-Demand the correction or deletion of your personal data;

-Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

7. Use of cookies

7.1. The Website uses cookies to ensure its proper operation, analyse traffic, improve its services and measure the effectiveness of advertising.

7.2. You may change your browser settings to block cookies at any time; however, this may affect the operation of the Website.

7.3. Visitors located in Ukraine are informed on their first visit about Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies used to analyse traffic and measure the effectiveness of advertising (clauses 5.4 and 5.5). For such visitors, processing for these purposes is based on the need to protect the Company’s legitimate interests — analysing traffic, improving the Website and measuring the effectiveness of its own advertising — under Article 11(1)(6) of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, unless the user opts out. Showing the Company’s advertising to visitors of the Website (Google remarketing) and the Meta Pixel (clause 5.6) are used only after consent given with the “Accept all” button in the cookie notice. For visitors located outside Ukraine, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after consent given through the cookie notice on the Website. Location is determined by the time zone of the user’s device. Users may opt out of processing or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page of the Website.

8. Storage of personal data

8.1. Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing.

8.2. If consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the data are deleted or depersonalised, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
