Restoring Ukraine 🇺🇦
Individuals and legal entities suffered significant losses during the war:
- destruction or damage to real and personal property;
- seizure of special machinery and equipment, with its subsequent transportation to the territory controlled by the occupier;
- economic losses of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
- human losses - death or injury of civilians;
- loss of land due to mining and shelling of land plots;
- loss of forests, subsoil and water areas.
In the post-war period, programs will be implemented to restore and compensate for the damage caused by the occupier
Such programs will be funded from several sources:
- The State Budget of Ukraine;
- funds from non-governmental organizations;
- funds from donor countries (European Union, United States of America);
- funds of the Russian Federation seized abroad;
- reparations from the Russian Federation.
Representatives of the law firm will provide the necessary legal assistance, which will consist of the following stages:
- 1. The affected person applies to DSA GROUP and signs the relevant agreement.
- 2. The attorneys of the association provide advice and agree on the optimal plan of action to fix the damage.
- 3. The attorneys of the DSA Group, with the involvement of representatives of police, utilities and social security authorities, record the damage caused.
- 4. The attorneys of the association represent the person in the relevant authorities and submit documents that record the damage.
- 5. The received decision of the authorities (court ruling, decision of the executive body, etc.) is sent for execution.
- 6. The affected persons receive compensation for damages, and DSA GROUP receives compensation for the work performed.
